Atul Vidyalaya For imparting the best possible education, the school has been divided into 4 academic stages Pre-Primary – Nursery, Junior KG & Senior KG Primary – Classes 1 to 4 Middle – Classes 5 to 8 Secondary – Classes 9 to 12 Keeping in mind that students are developmentally different in each stage of school, the academic policies and processes are different at each stage. Details of the academic policy for each stage are available in detail elsewhere (Hyperlink) Each stage, called a Cluster, is headed by a Cluster Coordinator, who has a lot of autonomy in implementing the policies & procedures.

The school has 24 hour Internet access. The classrooms are spacious, well lighted, ventilated and aesthetically designed. There are separate Staff Rooms for teachers of specific subject areas; English & Social Studies, Science & Second Language, Mathematics, Commerce & Primary School. They are equipped with subject-related resources and computers so that they can also serve as Resource Rooms.   The Math Lab is part of the Math Resource/ Staff Room. Here students reinforce what they learn in the class through activities with activity materials. There are Activity Rooms for Art, Music & Dance and SUPW activities. The Library Block consists of the main library, a resource-centre for teachers and a section for parents. It also has a fully equipped Audio-Visual Room. The Computer Block has a Theory Classroom and a Computer Lab with one computer for each individual student when they have a class. The Learning Centre providing individualized academic programmes for students with learning difficulties. The fully equipped and acoustically designed Multi-Purpose Hall, with a seating capacity of 500, is used extensively for inter-house cultural and literary activities and school functions.  An open-air amphitheatre is available for larger gatherings. The Play Area spread over 6 acres includes a standard cricket pitch, a football field, a 200 m athletics track, long jump & high jump pits and areas for basketball, volleyball, softball, kho-kho etc. The Sports Centre is well equipped for indoor games like badminton, table tennis, chess, gymnastics, yogasan, karate, etc.  The Office Block houses the administrative offices, a Conference Hall with a capacity of 60 and a 2-Bed First-Aid Centre. The school has access to the Atul Medical Centre situated nearby. The School Canteen provides wholesome and nutritious food to the students & teachers on a payment basis. The menu, kitchen facilities & hygiene are monitored regularly by a committee of teachers.
